Open Studios: Life Drawing, Portrait, & Costume

Open Studios at Ghosthouse are held nearly every Saturday. Attendees are welcome to register online or pay with cash upon entry. Easels and chairs are supplied. Materials are not included in Open Studios, but are available for purchase at our artist supply shop Reliquary.

Live Streaming Open Studios

We offer Live-Streaming Open Studios weekly. These sessions allow for us to carefully light the model, control ideal pose angles, and offer students a remote way of working from the live model. Upon purchasing admission, participants will be emailed a password to gain access to the session.

Open Studio: Nude Short Form

The session is broken up into the following pose times:
- 20 minutes of shorter gestures
- Two 30 minute poses
- 60 minute final pose

Live-Streamed Open Studio - Short Form Nude

Ghosthouse live-streamed Life Drawing sessions allow students to draw from the live model in their home studio. These sessions are professionally lit with a range of poses, themes, backgrounds, and props.

Short Form: A range of shorter gesture poses, ending with a single 60 minute pose
Long Form: A single 3 hour pose
Costumed/Draped: A single 3 hour pose or two 1.5 hour poses

How our online sessions work
A Discord link will be sent to the email you provide at checkout on the day of the event one hour before the start of the session. If you have any questions or concerns, please email us directly at Alec@GhosthouseGR.com

Important Notice: Any form of video recording and/or screen capturing is not allowed in any of our Open Studios, under penalty of permanent ban and legal action. We ask that all participants respect the tradition and etiquette of our studio.
