What makes something art? Is it craft, concept, intention, beauty — or something else entirely? Join us in this (possibly raucous) discussion where we’ll explore the shifting definitions of art through history and today, from traditional techniques to contemporary experiments. Artists, students, and enthusiasts are invited to join the discussion, share perspectives, and challenge assumptions about meaning, value, and creativity in the visual arts.

Open to the public; the Ghosthouse Roundtable discussion series is a free forum for local artists and students to discuss a wide range of relevant topics on process, theory, philosophy, and history. Roundtable discussions are held on the first Friday of each month.
