Alec is a painter originally from Howell, Michigan. His work focuses on exploring experiences and impressions of others through portraiture and figurative drawings and paintings.

Aside from owning and teaching at Ghosthouse, Alec is also a mentor and instructor of Advanced Painting at Interlochen Center For the Arts in northern Michigan.
